THE BERBER SKULL CAPS
If you wish to impress your friends by looking like an authentic professionnal jazzman, wear a Moroccan skull cap!
Mustache and facial hair in general do add a touch of authenticity.

What, no download of these?
ReplyDeleteMe too would like to hear some whistling - wether from Morocco or Belgium!
DeleteOr maybe some sounds from the 'Berber Skull Caps" in full flight. The line-up would be complete....
I'll keep that in mind. All the pictures are very sauve indeed! My mother in law's hair is getting thin and for a while she was wearing baseball caps whch made her look like a little old man - NOT a good look at all. I've been suggesting this type of cap. No luck yet tho'. Perhaps if you post some pictures of attactive women - jazzers or not - I 'll use those as examples. Either way, Yours is a great blog!
ReplyDeleteThanks Rev. However I must point out that the skull cap is a male attire. Never seen a woman wearing it.
DeleteCheers
Okay, how about this pic? :-D

Perhaps it's not a genuine Berber skull cap but it looks like one. BTW, that's Lenny Breau's daughter in the pic for those who don't know.
She's cute obviously, with or without cap, but I've never seen a woman with a traditional skull cap in Morocco
DeleteOh, now I see what you mean.
