Here is a contribution from onxidlib, of Inconstant Sol blog fame.

European Big Band with some first class soloists, many of them will work later with the Kenny Clarke Francy Boland Big Band and Peter Herbolzheimer Rhythm Combinaison & Brass.

The Sixties until the mid-Seventies were a  Golden Age for these musicians -Europeans and American expats alike -who woud get regular, well-paid employment in Scandinavian and German Radio Big Bands, in addition to recording sessions (e.g. MPS) and club gigs.
